- Each Community Exhibit should depict its individual community resources, accomplishments and favorite son/daughters: such as agricultural, recreational, industrial, educational, governmental, mercantile, religious, etcetera. A community or civic organization, such as a school organization, church group or your group, can be chairman.
- Each community exhibit is assigned a space approximately 10’ x 10’ in the Schrader Bldg. Inside each booth is painted white and the BOOTHS CANNOT BE REPAINTED.
- The community exhibit must be designed and arranged different from the previous years. Pictures from previous years will be compared to this year’s exhibit.
- For competition and judging, community exhibits are divided into two groups.
Group 1 will consist of incorporated communities.
Group 2 will consist of unincorporated communities.

5. Rosette ribbons will be awarded to the exhibit scoring the highest number of points in each group: Incorporated and unincorporated. First, Second, and Third and a Peoples Choice Rosette.
$200 --1st Place for Incorporated and Unincorporated
$150 ---2nd place for Incorporated and Unincorporated
$100 --3rd place for Incorporated and Unincorporated
Each booth participating will receive $100 excluding 1st 2nd & 3rd Place winners.
6. Exhibitors are encouraged to incorporate the fair’s theme “.Experience The Magic”
7. The DEADLINE for registration to have a community booth is February 11th 2025. Exhibits must be completed by 1 PM Sunday February 16th for judging. Ten (10) points will be deducted if late finishing.
8. COMMUNITY EXHIBITS CANNOT BE TORN DOWN OR REMOVED FROM THE SCHRADER BLDG BEFORE 8:30 PM SUNDAY FEB. 23th. 2025 VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS UNTIL AFTER THE GROUNDS ARE CLEARED FOLLOWING THE CLOSING OF THE FAIR ON SUNDAY NIGHT. Booths are to be returned to original conditions with NO STAPLES, NAILS, OR TAPE left behind. Nothing is to left in the booth. If items are left in the booth, they will become property of the Pasco County Fair.
9. It is understood that participation in these events is subject to all Pasco County, State of Florida, and CDC guidelines.
10. Exhibit hours: Monday – Thursday 4pm -10pm, Friday 4pm – Midnight, Saturday 10am – Midnight, Sunday noon – 8pm

OFFICE@PASCOCOUNTYFAIR.COM, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO ANOTHER COMMUNITY OR ORGANIZATION THAT WANTS TO PARTICIPATE CAN HAVE ADEQUATE TIME TO DECORATE THE BOOTH SPACE: Judges decisions are final.
